I, too, have always hated filling out those things. Admittedly, I'm pretty good at laying on the kind of bullshit the forms seem to want you to throw down (I can wax poetic!), but still. Ugh.
I'm good at my job. How am I good at it? Well I'm cheerful and polite, people tend to like that. I'm always on time. Goal? To continue to have customers not realize that they've pissed me off beyond all belief with their rudeness and continue to be cheerful and polite. Gold star for me. :p
