Patron: I need help with this computer.

Me: What can I do for you?

Patron: It won't let me spell this word correctly. I'm trying to write "robotic" and it keeps putting a 'd' in there.

Me: ::looks at screen:: It looks like it's spelled correctly to me.

Patron: No, there's a 'd'. No matter what I do, it changes to a 'd'.

Me: ::looks again:: ...Ma'am, that's the cursor.
