darchildreSo, the plan from yesterday? All of it was successfully accomplished.
1) The concert yesterday was awesome. So awesome, in fact, that we sold out the sanctuary of the church we performed in and had to seat extra people in the narthex. Because we are just that badass.
2) Also, Mom and I have now watched all the Fringe there is. Which means that now we have to wait for it to come on again. Man, this is why I prefer closed canons.
3) Wrote and sent both emails. So I am dealing with the stupid pageant and setting in motion a chain of events that will allow me to not be in this situation again as well as potentially free up my Sunday mornings to do things other than go to a Christian church. Because, y'know, the fact that I am very heathen and also the only member of my family who regularly attends church services stopped being funny a while ago and has now ventured into the realm of just plain weird.
4) I spent most of the day sewing and watching happy fluffy things on my laptop. Which accomplishes the "something fun and stressless" portion of today's plan.
