darchildreWhen we came in today, coworker said, "Let's put up signs that tell people we can't do anything other than check out! That way, they'll know before they come in the door."
Now, it may be that there are people reading the signs and then just turning around and going away. But the large number of people who have come in and asked me to place holds or check their accounts or search the catalog goes to show, once again, that hardly anyone ever reads signs.
